Business Jets
We own and operate FAA Part 135–certified business jets with extended-range capability, allowing us to respond anywhere, anytime. Our aircraft carry sufficient fuel reserves to complete missions even in locations where refueling infrastructure is unavailable.
Helicopters
We own and operate FAA Part 135-twin-engine, instrument-certified helicopters, built to perform when it matters most. If an engine fails, lives are never at risk. If weather turns bad, our crews and aircraft remain mission-ready to deliver without compromise.
Fighter-jets
We own and operate demilitarized fighter jets dedicated to rapid-response missions. These aircraft are operated free of charge to dispatch surgeons urgently when time is most critical.
Ambulances
We own and operate a nationwide fleet of ambulances, strategically positioned across the United States to support donor recovery and organ transportation with precision and speed.
Motorcycles
The American Transplant Center operates a strategically distributed motorcycle fleet across the United States, providing high-speed, last-mile logistics for time-sensitive organ deliveries.

We own and operate a fleet of SUVs, strategically located across the United States to provide reliable, time-sensitive ground transportation for organ delivery and recovery operations.

American Transplant Center maintains fully qualified and certified air and ground crews to ensure 100% dispatch reliability across our fleet of airplanes, helicopters, and specialized ground vehicles positioned strategically throughout the United States.
When our name is on the mission, every single step is managed in-house.
We also own and operate our tanker and support aircraft at each operational base to guarantee the highest possible dispatch readiness and continuous nationwide coverage.

Organ retrieval anywhere in the continental United States within 150 minutes or less
American Transplant Center maintains strict operational accountability. A late arrival—even by one minute—triggers an automatic $15,000 penalty paid to our client. This policy underscores our commitment to precision timing, reliability, and respect for the critical nature of every mission we accept.
100% Fulfillment
Because one organ lost is one too many, American Transplant Center guarantees the retrieval of each organ entrusted into our care. For any call not fulfilled, American Transplant Center will pay the client a $30,000 penalty.
Where access is limited, our capabilities are not.
- Alaska retrieval - 240 minutes or less
- Hawaii retrieval - 400 minutes or less
- Puerto Rico - 200 minutes or less
